Introduction
Due to the nature of our activities and the planning required to ensure the safety and quality of the event, all activity bookings are final and non-refundable.
Bookings and Cancellations
2.1. No Refund Policy
All activity bookings at Monteblanco are final, and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
2.2. Reservation Changes
- Date change with more than 15 days notice: Changes will be allowed without any additional charge, subject to availability.
- Date change with less than 14 days notice: Changes will not be permitted.
2.3. Cancellations due to Force Majeure
In the event of adverse weather conditions during the celebration of any on-track activity or any other circumstance beyond our control, which for safety reasons force us to cancel the activity, it will be considered held, and no refunds will be offered. In case of advance notice of cancellation due to poor weather forecast by C.D Monteblanco, the option to reschedule the session for a future date will be offered.
Procedure for Changes
To request a date change, please contact our customer service team at clubdeportivo@circuitomonteblanco.com at least 14 days before your scheduled session date. Include your reservation number and relevant details to expedite the process.
Exceptions and Special Considerations
- Requests for refunds due to personal reasons, last-minute changes of plans, or any other circumstances not falling under the category of force majeure will not be considered.
- Sessions purchased in promotions or with specific discounts may have additional restrictions on date changes, specified in the offer terms.
